Getting here

From Vilnius

  1. Take the A14 highway Vilnius - Molėtai - Utena.
  2. At km 36-37, turn right at the "Paberžė - Dubingiai" junction, towards Dubingiai.
  3. Drive ~7 km to the village "Žalktynė".
  4. When you reach the "Žalktynė" sign, immediately turn onto the small road on the left (Lake Asveja stays on your right).
  5. Follow the small road for ~400 m.
  6. After passing the deer enclosure, you will see Dubingių žirgynas.

From Molėtai

  1. Take the A14 highway Molėtai - Vilnius.
  2. When you reach the overpass across the highway (Dubingiai - Giedraičiai), turn right and drive over the overpass towards Dubingiai for ~6 km.
  3. At the junction, turn right towards Paberžė and drive ~3 km to the village "Žalktynė".
  4. Drive through "Žalktynė" and, just before the village end sign, immediately turn onto the small road on the right (Lake Asveja stays on your left).
  5. Follow the small road for ~400 m.
  6. After passing the deer enclosure, you will see Dubingių žirgynas.
